China shares rose to 7 year high as investors expected more stimulus due to disappointing data and also that MSCI Inc will include mainland companies in its Emerging Market Index. Imports tumbled 17.9% and exports fell by 2.5%.

Japan revised GDP came higher at +3.9%  much higher than the preliminary reading of 2.4%.

Turkey stocks and Lira tumbled as investors were worried about political instablity following legislative elections.

China stocks had to wait for some more time till “a few important remaining issues related to market accessibility have been resolved.” for the A shares to be included in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index.

US Weekly jobless claims remained below 300,000 for the 14th week . The jobless claims rose 2000 to reach 279,000
